Excellent location within walking distance to almost all the important parts of Prague. Very polite staff, always available to offer help. Very good breakfast. The rooms are cozy, and comfortable. I would be happy to spend my next trip to Prague in this hotel again.

Perfect location in an authentic setting. A lovely cozy hotel, very romantic as well. Comfortable bed, very spacious bathroom, and they have great breakfast . Location is perfect; within 6-8 min to most pf the desired sites. Very clean, and friendly staff.

A funny little place centrally located, this hotel truly mixes the old with the new! Lots of old artefacts around and antique furniture but then also modern Aircon and a lift! A pleasant surprise in this late-summer weather. My only comment of feedback was that of the bathroom - the shower head was located at midriff height which made showering a strange experience; along with the not-so-quick to drain plug hole it meant a 3 part shower as to not flood the bathroom. Other than this, the room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for a 1 - 2 night break.

Easy check in, great rooms, overall easy experience and great location. Hotel provides parking around a street away that is very easy. Breakfast is of a good quality and is free. Hotel has a very old historic feel but is generally updated and has proper amenities.

I booked through Orbitz and soon realized I needed to change the dates of my stay. I contacted Orbitz and after nearly a week I was told that it was not possible to change the dates. Why this took a week, over a dozen messages on the Orbitz web site and several e-mails from Orbitz, I have no idea. In any case, I contacted the hotel myself and literally within a half an hour my dates were changed. Very responsive customer service at the hotel. The hotel is in an old building but it looks like it was renovated recently. My room was comfortable and clean with excellent air-conditioning and shower, although the shower is a bit small (my only complaint). be better. The breakfast was excellent with many unlimited food and coffee options and is served for something like three hours. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be better. It is a ten minute walk to Krakow's main station from where it's very simple to get to the airport and most tourist attractions are easily walkable. If you don't feel like walking there are nearby light rail stops. There are a number of restaurants around including a nice pirogi place around the corner and a large shopping mall nearby with plenty of fast food options.
